- Press [Ctrl]+[Shift]+[Escape] to beginning Chore Manager.
- ClickFile ->Run new task.
- Blazon "cmd" into the Run dialog, tickCreate this task with administrative privileges and click [OK].
- A command prompt window should open.
- Type/re-create the post-obit text and press [Enter]:
net user Admin123 MyPassword /add - Blazon/re-create the following text and printing [Enter]:
internet localgroup Administrators Admin123 /add - Log off and login to the new Admin123 account. If information technology works correctly, yous tin can migrate your data to the new user account. You are welcome to replace "Admin123" with your username of choice (merely enclose it in quotes if information technology has a space, and exist sure to employ the aforementioned name in both commands). Just do that steps, will work....
Microsoft has worsened over the years....
Had 3 bugs and microsoft solved nothing, just the desperate users tin practice.

For me, everything was a firewall event (ESET, an external firewall that didn't start up visibly).
I simply signed into a different account, where the firewall didn't block the initial setup. After that, my usual account worked without creating a new i.
BTW: I also made the steps mentioned initially but nothing changed.

Windows firewall must be enabled to run the powershell script. If not, it won't permit the files to be installed. Afterwards I did the steps with WF on, I just clicked the showtime push 3-4 times and it worked every bit normal.

...non only is my Start Menu and Taskbar working, simply Microsoft Edge is working too. Until now, Microsoft Edge would give me an mistake message that said "...trial has expired...go to Windows Store to buy app..." Didn't make sense...but no matter now...if is FIXED!

Yous can try running a organization scan and it will repair files if they demand to be.
Correct-click Commencement and open a command prompt as ambassador
type sfc /scannow
Allow information technology finish and see repairs anything. If and so, endeavor the steps above again.

I was but starting the higher up described Powershell thing but was struggling with rightclick that did not work so I could not run it equally an ambassador. And so I did a computer reboot and in the reboot process it installed an update from Microsoft. Immediatelly afterward the reboot I found that all my taksbar and righclick problems disappeared. So plainly Microsoft found a fix for the problem and is pushing it out. Saves me a lot of hassle !
